Breakfast is its own restaurant category in the United States. Diners serve eggs, pancakes, hash browns and bottomless coffee from early morning, sometimes around the clock; breakfast and brunch restaurants open around 7 and close in the early afternoon; delis and sandwich shops sell egg sandwiches and bagels to go and switch to lunch by 11. Weekend brunch, roughly 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., is the busiest shift of the week, and well-known spots run waits of 30 to 60 minutes; many now take reservations or a waitlist through an app. Expect large portions, free refills on drip coffee and a tip of 15 to 20 percent for table service. Creperies, waffle houses and bistros round out the group with sweeter or European-style menus.

Greensboro is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Greensboro follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Had been meaning to give this place a try for ages and finally got the chance to, and we will most definitely be returning! We got some kaiser rolls, some meat, and tried the Knickerbocker sandwich. This was such an incredible sandwich! The staff members here are very friendly and answered our questions with enthusiasm. Highly recommend!

I just recently realized that LS&B make amazing meaty sandwiches. I was looking for some pastrami and/or corned beef and lit up when Google led me to this menu. The sandwich didn't disappoint. I got the Reuben and it was meaty and delicious. Obviously top notch ingredients. I had the sandwich doordashed and it arrived quickly, extremely warm and very well packaged. I can't wait to try the Rachel next. I have no doubt it will be just as good. Probably will stop in to try it. The place looks nice and very clean in other reviewers' pictures. 5 stars!

I have been coming to Lox, Stock & Bagel since they opened in 1977. I am also still ordering the same sandwich, the Hoboken. It's roast beef, provolone cheese, spicy mustard, and cherry peppers. All sandwiches are served with potato chips and a pickle. They do have side salads you can order too. They don't have filtered water, so I ordered a Dr Pepper; which was only $1.25. They do have bottled water. I forgot their ice tea is pretty good, too. I got there a couple of minutes before 12 and got seated in less than a couple of minutes. My food came quickly and my waitress was very efficient and nice.

My whole family loves this place! The sandwiches are always delicious with fresh cut meats. I love the variety of sandwiches and old fashioned sodas. Atmosphere isnβt much but itβs cozy. Service has always been good. You can also get sliced meats and other deli items to take home. Grab a cookie too!

Definitely glad we stopped in. Luckily when we arrived we were just early enough to get seated right away. Staff was attentive from the minute we arrived - pointed us towards the hostess area so we could be seated since there were folks also waiting for take out orders. Menu has lots of options. We were all happy with our sandwich selections. The sandwiches are huge & delicious. Clearly this is a very popular lunch stop. Within a few mins of us being seated every table was filled. Wait staff was friendly & attentive.
